The unemployment development department in California. Is the worst in the United states. You can't get online. And when you call . They are too busy to answer. I called exactly when they opened and they are already too busy to answer. They need to clean house. And get a better system. They don't want to pay you your money. But when they want theirs. they garnish you right away. We need to vote all these incompetent people out.
