I recently used the services of a health laboratory and I am pleased with the experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The test results were accurate. However, I found their website a bit confusing to navigate. It would be helpful if they could improve the user interface. Other than that, I have no complaints. They provided a satisfactory service.
