I recently used this company's services for a trip to the United States. While the website was easy to navigate and had good information, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. 🤔 There were delays in responding to my inquiries, and I felt like some of my questions were not fully addressed. The booking process was straightforward, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The tour itself was enjoyable, but I think the company could improve their communication and attention to detail. Overall, it was an average experience. I would consider using them again, but I hope to see some improvements in their customer service.
