I hired iTecchurately to install around 8-9 internet access points in my house. While installing the internet access points in the ceiling throughout the house, they were not careful with the equipment they had with them. They even used a kitchen knife which did not belong to them to cut a hole in the ceiling which I luckily saw and took away.

They damaged the ceilings and walls around the house which they refused to pay for after the main job was done! The total repairs for the damage is AED 1,900. It is not much after paying over AED 8,000 for the access points installation but the fact that they didn't warn me they will damage my property while doing their work is unacceptable. They said the repairs would only cost a few 100dhs... They "justify" the damage by saving me the cost of not having to pay for access gate installations in my ceilings.

They are unprofessional, irresponsible, unskilled, sloppy, incompetent, inexperienced and definitely not worth the money. I definitely don't recommend this company to anyone who wants professional clean work done. If someone wants cheap work done, use them.
