I've been going to this dealership for over 3 year...

I've been going to this dealership for over 3 years and today I waited over 2 hours for an oil change only to find out during my checkout that they switched to a "Synthetic Blend" that cost over $50. I've never paid that much for an oil change in the past. I dont like being shocked last second and checkout. They should have explained the change BEFORE they did the oil change. I feel deceived. Not happy. Will never go here again.
