I always love a trip back to College Station. Madden's is the perfect place for a unique lunch. I split the chicken fried portobello and havarti grilled cheese. While I wouldn't call the service slow, do be prepared to wait as they prepare everything fresh. The atmosphere is nice as it is nestled in next to an antique store. The offerings for lunch have a twist and they change their menu seasonally, so there is always something new to try.
