I ordered a kettle which was supposed to be delive...

I ordered a kettle which was supposed to be delivered next day, but they asked me to wait one week for that. Then after one week, they send me a wrong item and when i called them to sort this out, they asked me to wait 10 days for the delivery of the correct item!
Friendly people but poor service
