Do not waste your time working for a third-party company, especially The Heller Group. The amount of disrespect you hear from your supervisors, should be unlawful. There is no organization within this company whatsoever. The manager who s worked for THG for over 15 years, up and quit recently, HR is supposedly the woman who works the front desk. You have no legit way of clocking in your hours to keep track of your time and pay. The pay rate, commission and overtime information has changed 3 times within a 2-month window. This company is falling apart and they are dragging their employees down to the bottom until they have no more business left. They are not meeting the sales quota because the agents are being belittled and treated as if they are children by their supervisors. How can a company be successful if everyone isn t putting their 100% in?!
People are sent home early BEFORE their scheduled time based on the amount of sales they have. Pay rate has changed so many times that employees haven't been receiving their checks, and if they have the base pay is incorrect.
Again, do not work for this company unless you plan on completely regretting it. I ve wasted 2 months of my time and energy on a company that can t even answer my questions, continuously degrades the agents and is extremely and utterly unorganized. I am beyond frustrated that I have to call HR the from desk woman just to see why I have not been paid ? & then have her tell me, We aren t open for another 30 minutes I m sipping my coffee right now . This is ridiculous. The Heller group is a scam.
