This is the 3rd company we called to repair our gas fireplace. The first 2 companies recommended and completed several repairs that did not fix the problem. This company was able to figure out the actual problem after completing a thorough inspection. They followed up several times to ensure the issue was completely resolved. It took some fine tuning and each time we called, they came out to our house that same day or the next morning and did not charge for the follow up visits. I wish I had called this company first, it would've saved us a lot of time and money. I would highly recommend this company if you're gas fireplace isn't working and you can't figure out why. Ours was a pretty complex electrical issue that involved improper installation and wiring. Once it started working again, they had to make a couple adjustments over the course of a few visits. Now it works great. The first 2 companies that looked at it completely missed these issues.
