I worked at Excellence Technologies or Technosoft ...

I worked at Excellence Technologies or Technosoft full-time for 2.5 years. The CEO of the company Ruined my EXPERIENCE LETTER just because I got some situation due to COVID-19 and I was unable to work properly in the last two months (Before I Resign from the company). I decided to write about it so that peoples can stay away from this kind of company which is working only for Money and for their Selfishness.

Cons
1. No management, no system in the company at all.
2. Mood and person-related policies can be a different from person to person. Frequent changes in policies according to situations, so policies may apply to you may not, depends on CEO mood.
3. No employee benefits PR/Medical etc. (CEO of the company was forcing employees to join the office in COVID-19, They are risking employee's life for their benefits and selfishness.)
4. Worse policy of hike, some may get a hike after 6 months, some 1 year, some may be get decreased in their salary. You need to make a commit or sign an agreement (mostly) to get a hike.
If you stay in the company for the next 6 months, you will get hike **** rs, if you say you will stay 1 yr, you will get **** Rs, if you say you are not sure about the time periods,
you didn't get a hike. So there is a slavery-like system.

5. If you wanna switch company between your commitment, then you need to pay all your hiked money to the CEO else they didn't give you a letter or in my case they ruined my career, if offered him more then my hike, They can write things in your experience letter that they are not valid, sometimes you didn't get your current monthly salary.
(In my case They didn't release my last month's salary and ruined MY EXPERIENCE LETTER because I got some situation due to COVID-19 but for CEO its wasn't matter if something matter that is you are making money for him or not.)

6. Didn't provide proper salary slips of any month, if you asked they say why do you need slips? and you have to answer for that.
7. No working environment, They didn't know the process of the development cycle of app/software. Here Developer means Coder, Tester, Content Writer, Blogger, Designer, and everything.

8. Leave policies are bad, you will get .5 (Half Day) leaves in a month, there are restricted holidays too. So you will get fewer leave than an average company's employees.
9.Salary is very low. Growth in terms of salary is also very very low. Sat working is great trouble here. Sometimes, it felt like pressure on you. If you have not completed 9 hours a day, you have to compensate even 5-10 min Lunch of half-hour, if it is more than that then you have to compensate the time. tea/coffee time in the evening can max 10 min otherwise have to compensate it.

Pros
1. Salary on time.
2. People in Excellence is Helpful, I repeat Peoples not CEO of the company.
