Excellent, friendly, informative, helpful, knowledgeable service from Bladimir Ruera.

2019 Over the past two years I have asked for a qualified Greenspeed technician be sent out for service or repair since my HVAC unit is of the highest quality and expense that I know of. It works well and I am glad I got it.
Found out the company does not train technicians on this unit because of the complex electronics, but rather has them call a Carrier Commercial Help Line to ask for advice/direction. STRONGLY advise that if you are going to buy the Carrier Infinity Greenspeed unit or similar that you get the 10 year parts and labor warranty also. It has saved me over an estimated $8,000 in parts and additional labor costs.
