The customer service at Glowindian was average. I expected better assistance and attention to detail. The website was easy to navigate and the overall shopping experience was decent. However, the products I received were not as good as I had hoped. The quality was average, and there were a few issues with the packaging. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
