Loan Care mismanaged my escrow account and overpaid my property taxes by over $1500, then sold my loan. I have talked to them at least five times. I ve talked to the supervisor on three occasions, and the supervisor of the supervisor, who told me I would get my money back within 5 business days. It s been 3 months and still have not refunded my money. I receive an email once or twice a week from some robot stating that they are working on it, many say the issue will be resolved within 3 days, then I get the same emails the next week.
