Pool, hot tub, two clubhouses, covered and uncovered pavilion area with gas grills and outdoor kitchen for family or larger group dinners, gas grills and picnic tables near every slip, pump outs at every slip and lockable private dock boxes at Avery slip plus power, water, cable and free Wi-Fi. Walk to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, farmers market, antique shops, city park and band shell with regularly scheduled entertainment. Hard to beat!
