I had a mediocre experience with Monsters Universe. While their products are of decent quality, their customer service left much to be desired. The website was easy to navigate, but I had trouble with the checkout process. The shipping was also slower than expected, and the packaging could have been better. Overall, I think Monsters Universe has potential, but they need to work on improving their customer service and shipping efficiency.
