I brought in my Equinox for an oil change, tire rotation, check on a rattle and follow up on the oil leak I was told about last time. After waiting several hours was told you needed to keep my vehicle overnight to reseal the oil pan, that it needed several hours to dry. It would be ready the following day. I brought it in at 9am on Sept 4. The following day I heard nothing from you. At 2pm I called & was told you needed to order a part & it wouldn't be there until Tues because of the holiday. I asked for a loaner & was told none were available. So, I was without a car 6 days. On Tuesday I again had to call around 1pm and was told the supervisor had to do a test drive. I finally got a call at 2:48pm saying it was ready. I am NOT happy with the way the whole thing was handled. I was NOT happy I was without my vehicle for 6 days and over a holiday weekend. It makes me think twice about bringing it back. Someone dropped the ball all the way through. Customer service was not met.
