I had an overall average experience with One Day Bath of Texas. The process was straightforward and the staff was friendly. However, I had some issues with the installation and had to contact customer service multiple times. They were eventually able to resolve the issues, but it took longer than I would have liked. The end result is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
