I had a mixed experience with Wordtrans. While their translation services were average, their customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I appreciate their prompt response to my inquiries. However, there were a few instances where the translated documents had some errors, which created some inconvenience. Overall, I would rate Wordtrans as an average company.
