I have received multiple bills for different amounts for the same account over several months . I have disputed this numerous times I have asked for concise billing information and I ve never received it, under North Carolina General statutes 53 for medical billing , I have asked to see the actual rates that I m being billed I ve been refused this information . I have asked to talk to a manager the only person I get is Anna, she was extremely rude yells in the phone does not let you get a word in edgewise and then gets offended when you get agitated . I have asked for their legal department and I m told I m not allowed that information, I have asked for their collection agency license number for the state of North Carolina I ve been told I m not allowed that information. I m told that they did not purchase my debt another owned by the medical group, it when I speak to the medical group they know nothing about this company nor do they own them . my advice to anyone dealing with this company is to contact a legal professional saying is they refuse to follow collection guidelines, they violate the fair debt collection that on multiple levels, and refuse to do anything about it .
