When I first moved in, I had some concerns about noise and maintenance. However, the management team at the Parc At Joliet addressed them promptly and made sure everything was taken care of. They truly care about their residents' satisfaction and do their best to maintain a peaceful living environment. I'm very happy with the improvements!
