Tuan was great salesman was available to my mom and I when we inquired about the prices and the negotiation of a used car. Although we missed the car by a day, she said he was responsive and when I met him, he was kind to both of us and my sister.
Gotta say, his manager was a tough one to crack but we did, even though he said multiple times "This is the best we can do" cue the *eyeroll*.
