Livable City has been an average company to work with. Their website is easy to navigate and provides the necessary information about urban living. However, I have found their customer service to be lacking. There have been instances where my queries took a while to be addressed, and sometimes the responses were not helpful. I hope they improve their customer support for a better user experience.
