😃 I had an average experience with Sharper it. Although they were able to fix my IT issues, it took longer than I expected. However, their customer service was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I appreciate their efforts in resolving my problems, but there is room for improvement in terms of speed and efficiency. Overall, decent service. 😊
