CUSTOMER: I have been banking with American State Bank for many years and I must say that their services are average. The customer support is decent, but nothing exceptional. The user interface of their online banking platform is outdated and could use some improvement. However, the security measures they have in place are quite commendable. Overall, I would rate them as average.
