I recently switched to this bank and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The online banking experience is top-notch and the customer service is great. I love the fact that I can access my accounts from anywhere and perform all the necessary transactions. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The only suggestion I have is to improve the mobile app, but overall, I am very satisfied with First Sentry Bank.
