My family and I resided at Rivercroft Apartment Home s since 2009 and though there has been management changes through our time here, the customer service of the most recent managerial staff (Dustin and Jeff) has been the best. The recent updates to the community as well as our individual unit have vastly improved the quality of life for our family. Our maintenance requests with Jeff and his crew have always been met with stellar customer service. He even personally came to serve us on his day off when we needed a new water heater. Dustin has been impeccable about keeping the grounds updated and making sure to promptly respond when we had questions/needs. Everyone greets our family (especially our little girls) with smiles and genuine care. It felt like a warm and safe community and we will miss it.
