I've had a mixed experience with Ipl Industrie Personal Leasing GmbH. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, others fell short of my expectations. The overall process of finding a job through them was smooth and efficient. The staff were helpful and responsive, and I was able to secure employment within a reasonable timeframe. However, there were a few instances where I encountered issues. The communication with the company could have been better, as there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, there were a couple of instances where the job assignments didn't align with my skills and qualifications.
