I have been a customer of Chandan Agarwal & Co (Chartered Accountants) for several years and I must say their service is average. They are efficient in their work but lack attention to detail. I have encountered a few errors in their accounting reports which resulted in penalties from the IRS. Overall, I would say they are okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
