I recently had an opportunity to work with a company and had a mixed experience. Though they provided a good work environment and a friendly atmosphere, there were some shortcomings. The communication within the teams could have been better, and there was often a lack of clear instructions. The company has good potential, but they need to work on improving certain areas.
