I had a mixed experience with North end properties inc. The overall quality of their services was average. Although the location of the apartment was great and the rent was reasonable, I had some issues with the maintenance team. The response time for resolving maintenance requests was slow, and the work done was not always up to the mark. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. I hope they can improve their maintenance services in the future.
