Same story every time I've been in this place - terrible service and arrogant staff that makes you wonder why you ever walked in the doors. We made a special trip across the palouse to try to get a computer fixed and literally left within 30 seconds because of how rude the two men at the help desk were to us. I can't imagine they'd be in business without the colleges in Moscow/Pullman who get forced to do business with these crooks.
