I had an average experience with expressmr.com. The website was easy to use and navigate, but I found the process of accessing my medical records to be a bit slow. The team was helpful in assisting me with any inquiries I had, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the overall speed of service. However, I did receive the records I needed in the end.
