Whether you're a National Trust member or not then...

Whether you're a National Trust member or not then Waddeson Manor is a must visit place. If you're a first time visitor the bus ride from the car park through the grounds builds up the anticipation of what to expect and then the bus drops you off at the front of the Manor and what a first view you get... absolutely fantastic what a building. You take the walk up the drive directly to the house or stroll off to the sides through the beautiful gardens either way you end up at the front entrance. The interior of the Manor is unbelievable with so much to take in that a second visit is a must.
However, with all the history that's inside the building one of the most photographed items must be the exploding chandelier by Ingo Maurer situated in the dining room it is definitely one to look out for.
Overall Waddeson was a fantastic day out and we look forward to visiting again.
