POOR COMMUNICATION: I applied for an Marketing Man...

POOR COMMUNICATION: I applied for an Marketing Manager role there. Jumped through their hoops (of applying, cover and follow up letters, interviews, taking their tests and on and on). Finally heard back months and months later after I found another/better job. At least have the decency to get back with someone... and not six months down the road. If you didn't want to hire a candidate within a few weeks or so, don't run the ad. People aren't looking for jobs six months from now. At least the good ones aren't.
