I've been training at John Wai Kung Fu for 5 years...

I've been training at John Wai Kung Fu for 5 years now, and it has been fantastic. The instructors and co-students are great, and the school offers a variety of classes for youngsters through adults. Plenty of convenient class times, too. All fitness levels can be accepted, can be challenged, and can flourish. There's no chest pounding ego, and everyone is happy to see you show up and work hard. Superb school, and superb people.
