I have been a nurse with MGA for just over 5 years. While I ve contemplated leaving and switching routes, I ve always decided to stay because I truly love my job. I was lucky enough to be placed with a family that I ve now worked with for the last 4.5 years. My favorite thing about MGA is the fact that they go to bat for both their nurses & their families.....they do an amazingly good job at matching personalities for meet & greets for full time work and then sending me to appropriate, like minded houses for random fill in shifts.
Whenever I have a question or concern, my recruiter is always just a text or call away. And if I can t reach him, someone ALWAYS answers the office line and helps me with whatever issue I have. They will send me any supplies I might need (gloves, pens, hand sanitizer) and I typically get it within 2 days in my mailbox. The communication between internal office employees & external nursing employees is literally the best I ve seen. Everyone is prompt to answer emails and return phone calls. I think that is just how it is, because my fellow MGA coworkers also really just love their jobs. If you re considering working here, you should absolutely fill out the application and chat with someone. I guarantee you won t be disappointed :)
