I recently tried an escape room kit from Exitkits Australia and overall it was a decent experience. The puzzles were challenging, but some of them felt a bit too complicated and took away from the overall enjoyment. The storyline was intriguing, but it could have been more engaging. The quality of the materials was good, but there were a few props that felt a bit flimsy. The customer service was satisfactory, although the response time could have been improved. Overall, it was a fun experience, but there are areas that could be enhanced.
