You can expect the standard IKEA quality of the products, but the delivery is what "makes the difference". Out of 3 times we got something delivered from this store, 2 times there were issues. Once the goods were damaged and once the movers just refused to take the goods to the second floor although explicitly stated in the documents! They just refused..., what kind of service is that? And when I complained they just left me hanging with no real outcome or an apology. Advice to IKEA - work with better moving companies!
