I must say I had a mixed experience with The Quiltsmith. While the product I ordered was of good quality, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. I had to follow up multiple times to get the issue resolved. However, I must give credit to the company for ultimately resolving the problem and delivering the product. Overall, it was an average experience.
