I signed a contract with the pools guys in March with an installation date for may. As I prepare for this date removing all of my pavers I was told we can t move forward until I had new survey because of zoning disturbance outside of the planned area. I had another survey completed and submitted to the permits department myself. I followed up without any responses twice. I told Cody about result I was given and he said he was going to follow up. NEVER heard back from him. I called the permits department again and the employee told me the pool company was suppose to submit information to the land disturbance department which obviously was never done because they never followed up the first time. With that being said I didn t want to go with this company anymore Plus with Covid and the uncertainty it holds for our businesses future I canceled our contract. Now I m getting the run around about getting my deposit back. I wouldn t recommend this company they re lacking communication which is the key component of running a business.
