Used to be a decent place untill virginia mason took it over last month. Now the drs are all to busy to see anyone for weeks and the walk in clinic refuses to prescribe any pain meds so basically youre going to suffer for a week if youre in any seroius pain.This place has a lot of stupid policies and stupid staff that just hurts the patients. My poor wife has been there several times for a bad back and each time they dont do anything. They just act like she is seeking drugs even though she has never once asked for them.This time she is in agony and asked for a referal to a specialist and the clinic messed up and sent her a referal to a dr that doesnt take out insurance. They dont care about you and they just want your insurance money.
