I had an average experience with Concept enterprises, inc. Their website conceptbuy.com was easy to navigate and the product descriptions were helpful. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
