Frustrated I have to give even one star! This location is HORRIBLE. They're my local office and in charge of delivering my mail. For the last two days I have been searching for packages that were "delivered." Called the Post Office-- nope, they didn't have them. No idea where it could be. Never called me back. Called again on the same issue only to be told the same info. Then the guy (who, hates his job...just let me tell you) calls me back and says, "I found two packages for you, but not the ones you were looking for." Oh..well...goody. Then calls back a second time saying he found everything plus some. They've had a "hold" on my mail because it all wouldn't fit into my box. Not once did I receive a notice!! How the HELL am I supposed to know you're holding my items if you don't give me a notice?!? Not to mention you have no idea you're even holding said items when I call into the office. WTH is going on in there?!?! Not to mention that we are still receiving our daily mail. Some "hold" they've got going... And again, no notice, and with us still getting our daily mail, I had no idea what was going. All they can say for themselves is "You should have gotten a slip." Well... I didn't! Mr.Mailman might wanna brush up on what his job actually entails. AVOID this place. I'd rather pay double the money to get any/everything sent through UPS or FedEx. At least they do their job!
