I went to get an oil change, my door and my air checked this morning. Unfortunately my appointment was never wrote down but I was treated with such concern and professionalism. My warranty had expired and I ended up needing brakes and spent quite a bit of money but I knew it was coming up anyway. They fixed me up and after sitting there and watching the employee in charge of greeting and helping customers I was highly impressed. I forgot his name but I wanted you to know that's why I drive an hour for service, because I receive great service, with a smile. Thank you for hiring employees that care. That gentleman treated each person like they were family. It's amazing to me to get that in this day and time. Again thank you so much Lumberton Kia.
