I started working at a company in the same industry as Idbi Intech a few months ago and I must say that the experience has been quite disappointing. The work culture is toxic, with constant pressure and little support from the management. I have also noticed a lack of transparency in decision-making processes. Moreover, the company's website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. Overall, I would not recommend working at Idbi Intech's competitor company.
