I have been a customer of Shetler Clyde for over a year now and I must say their service is average. The staff is friendly and responsive, but the overall quality could be better. There have been a few instances where I experienced delays in getting my issues resolved. However, I appreciate their efforts in addressing my concerns. I hope they improve their service in the future.
