As a prospect I tried to make myself a customer at this company. After 2 weeks of sending a lot of documents back and forth, I only had a customer file.
On the day that I finally got my customer number, I quickly made some price comparisons with other wholesalers and found that the conditions of some products were not immediately what I expected. After sending a friendly email about the conditions to the customer debtor, I received a very unpleasant answer. I was told that this was unfortunate idd and that they had closed the customer file and archived the documents. Weird company to do business like this, no conversation, no questions ... nothing. 5m later the Otto Simon story was over. Clearly a company that doesn't want to sell ...
