I recently had physical therapy at Symmetry Physical Therapy and it was an average experience. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly, but I felt like the treatment was not tailored specifically to my needs. The exercises were alright but didn't provide the level of improvement I was expecting. Overall, it was an okay experience.
