We recently bought in one of their communities. Our home was phase two of 9 phases and throughout the construction of the subsequent phases, the lack of respect for current residents by the onsite construction team has been appalling. There have been multiple instances where the crew starts around 6:30am or earlier even though posted hours say work starts at 7am. They have deliveries at all hours of the morning as early as six and as late as 7pm. They work on holidays even though they aren t supposed to. The crew throws garbage into our backyards, and leaves half eaten food in the landscaping near the sidewalk. My dog has choked on chicken wing bones left behind. They leave building materials in the roads and people have had tires punctured. I will reserve comment on the quality of the house as we ve only been here a few months, but buy in the last phase of a project if you don t want to deal with this problem.
