As a customer, I have had a mixed experience with the New Orleans Police Department. There have been instances where I have witnessed their officers going above and beyond their duty to serve and protect, and there have also been instances where I felt they could have handled situations better. Overall, I would say my experience has been average. The department needs to work on improving their response time and communication with the community.
